Established in August 2008, the mission of the Green Coalition of San Jacinto Valley is to create a sustainable community for the San Jacinto Valley. We believe that a sustainable community is a community of residents and neighbors, who work together to balance ecological, economic, and social needs to ensure a clean, healthy and safe environment for all members of our society and for the next generations of the San Jacinto Valley.

Board Members

The managing board of the Green Coalition of the San Jacinto Valley is composed of local citizens from diverse backgrounds. All come from the sectors that make the fabric of the San Jacinto valley: government, faith, education, non-profit, healthcare and private industry. These distinguished members are committed to the goal of making the San Jacinto Valley a sustainable community.

Membership

Members of the Green Coalition enjoy various benefits. The Green Coalition holds workshops in various topics that may help members learn new skills and applications such as solar and wind power, green plumbing, green renovations for the home and many more. Members also have the opportunity to join external activities such as green trade shows and conferences.
